The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is a long-established international gastronomy association. It is headquartered in Paris and has a membership comprising professionals – chefs, hotels, restaurants – and non professionals who simply have a passion for good food and wine.
The Revue internationale de la Chaîne is published annually carrying features based around gastronomy and the international events of the association, including its two prestigious competitions – Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs and Jeunes Sommeliers. All articles appear in English and French.
As Editor and Publisher of this prestigious magazine I work as part of a small team of dedicated professionals who are committed to the production of a superior quality publication that represents and reflects the international standing of this organisation.
I write articles, edit material that is submitted from chefs and other members worldwide; oversee the design; advise on content and layout; liaise with the translation bureau; act as the association’s representative to instruct the printer; co-ordinate all activities to ensure the finished publication is delivered to schedule and of the required quality and work closely with the client throughout the entire process.
I am delighted that the quality of this magazine has been recognised with the award of Best Food Magazine – UK winner in the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2014.
