Hospital Food + Service

Hospital Food + Service is a bi-monthly magazine for hospital caterers working in the NHS, in private hospitals or in hospices. These professional caterers have responsibility for feeding patients, as well as hospital staff and visitors, through a range of services including on-site cafes, restaurants and retail shops and vending machines.

The magazine celebrates and shares the good work that is being done around nutritional care for patients in hospitals as well as the health and wellbeing of staff.

As Editor I also work closely with the sector’s professional associations, including the Hospital Caterers Association (HCA).
